Upon checkout, if you have the send own courier service in your cart, you agree to our shipping terms. When this service has been selected please do not select payment on pickup as your order will not be processed until payment has been received. Should you have chosen payment on pickup, you will receive an email that will redirect you to a secure payment portal. Once payment confirmation has been received your order will be processed and shipped. If you send the courier service to pick up your order before you have made the payment we will refuse to hand over your package. You will receive an email with a status update when your order is ready for collection via the courier service of your choice. The fee attached to this service is for packaging.

Livestock will be shipped from Monday to Wednesday. All orders that do not include livestock will be shipped from Monday to Friday. We add liquid oxygen to all of our livestock shipments to ensure the water stays in an aerobic state. We will cover DOA (Death on Arrival) for all livestock provided appropriate reason and evidence. DOA must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and photos of the DOA must be taken within the original bag the livestock shipped in. The shipping costs are non-refundable and are on the client's account. If you send your own courier to pick up an order containing livestock on a Thursday or a Friday and your order ends up spending the weekend at the courier company then we will not cover DOA as it was at your own risk and against our advised shipping days.
